About the Role We are excited to announce an immediate opening for two Hammerhands to join our cohesive team at our newly constructed facility in Hillsborough. This position primarily focuses on carpentry, particularly with frames and trusses, while also involving work on small portable buildings. The role can be physically demanding, so we require candidates to have a good level of fitness. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential. Ideally, we are looking for individuals with 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. We also offer BCITO training to support your professional development. The position is based in Christchurch, with working hours from 5:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Thursday, and a 2:00 PM finish on Fridays. There may be opportunities to travel to Otago for the week, providing exposure to additional sites.
