Experienced Formworkers - Doka/Acrow Specialist

About the Role We are currently seeking experienced Formworkers with expertise in Doka and Acrow systems to join our high-performing team on a significant concrete project located just 1.5 hours from Christchurch. If you have a strong background in complex wall builds and high-volume pours, this opportunity could be an excellent fit for you. We offer competitive compensation, a well-organized work environment, and all the necessary support to help you succeed on-site. Wages: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour Contract: $40.00 - $48.00 per hour Location: 1.5 hours from Christchurch (accommodation included) What's In It For You - Immediate start - A daily food allowance of $75 - Accommodation provided - One hour of paid travel each way - Work hours of 10-12 hours per day, Monday to Saturday - A high-output, well-supported work site - A solid 2-month contract with the potential for further employment What You Will Be Doing In this role, you will be responsible for: - Installing formwork using Doka and Acrow systems - Constructing high walls and complex formwork structures - Pouring and finishing concrete - Working from technical drawings - Upholding site safety and maintaining a steady work pace What We Require To be considered for this position, you will need: - Proven experience with Doka and Acrow formwork - Confidence in handling wall formwork and large concrete pours - The ability to read and interpret construction drawings - A valid Site Safe or Construct Safe certification (we can assist you with this) - Basic hand tools and reliable transportation (preferred) - The ability to pass a pre-employment drug test - A positive attitude and a collaborative team spirit Please note that all applicants must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
