About the Role We are looking for an energetic and friendly individual to join our team at Summerset at Pohutukawa Place as a Café Assistant. This role is crucial to the daily operations of our on-site café, where we prioritize exceptional customer service as much as technical skills. As the face of our café, you will engage with residents and visitors, ensuring they have a positive experience. This is a casual contract position, requiring availability to cover shifts throughout the day on weekdays. In this role, you will greet customers, process orders, prepare delicious coffee, and serve food from our cabinet. Prior experience as a barista is essential, as you will be responsible for operating the café independently. Requirements To succeed in this position, you should possess a positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication skills.
