Currently, we are collaborating with a local automation engineering company to support a significant industrial plant installation project. Our mission is to assemble a skilled workforce that thrives on collaboration and shared success. About the Role We are looking to build a team of electricians, fitters, and mechanics for an exciting industrial project starting in August and running through November. This fixed-term position may have the potential for extension based on performance and project needs. In this role, you will assist our core team of electricians, fitters, and welders. Your tasks will include cable pulling, installing cable trays, and setting up chutes, conveyors, and motors. We are seeking tradespeople with electrical or engineering backgrounds, but we will also consider candidates with relevant experience in other fields. We value not only technical skills but also a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Our goal is to create a cohesive team that operates efficiently and can be reassembled for future projects. We already have additional work lined up and more opportunities in the pipeline. If you demonstrate a strong commitment to quality and teamwork, there is potential for this role to evolve into a permanent position.
