You will be joining a close-knit marketing team of four at our central Christchurch office, where collaboration, creativity, and a fast-paced environment are at the heart of our work. About the Role We are seeking a Marketing Executive with a creative flair and a passion for variety to join our in-house team. This dynamic role involves working across a portfolio of more than 20 premium automotive, motorcycle, and campervan brands at an exciting time of growth for our company. In this hands-on position, reporting to the Group Marketing Manager, you will manage a diverse range of projects across multiple brands. Your responsibilities will include planning, creating, and executing marketing activities across various channels such as print, outdoor, digital, social media, web, email, events, and more. You will be involved in the entire campaign lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting. Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with the marketing team, manufacturers, and dealership staff to implement campaigns that resonate with our audience and support our business goals. Content creation is a significant aspect of this role. You will be responsible for writing compelling copy, managing social media, updating websites, and creating email campaigns to effectively communicate our brand stories. If you have experience creating short-form videos, that would be a valuable addition, though it is not a requirement. Requirements To excel in this role, you will need: - A qualification in marketing, communications, or a related field - A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience - Strong writing and communication skills - Hands-on experience creating content across various platforms - Excellent organizational skills - Experience with social media, email marketing tools, and website management - A positive attitude and a willingness to take initiative - Graphic design skills are a plus, but not mandatory Benefits The successful candidate will receive a competitive remuneration package ranging from $65,000 to $75,000 per annum.
