About the Role
We are seeking a Store Manager for our Porirua location to lead, motivate, and elevate our team to new heights. At Supercheap Auto, we are passionate about everything automotive and are dedicated to providing our customers with an exceptional in-store experience. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation and performance of the store.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as a hands-on manager, willing to work in all areas of the retail store and lead the team by example.
- Fostering a customer-centric culture to ensure we deliver the ultimate customer service experience consistently.
- Sharing your product knowledge and expertise to enhance team performance.
- Leading, developing, and motivating your team to help them reach their full potential.

Requirements
To excel in this role, you should have:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role.
- A strong commitment to customer service and team development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and challenges.
