About the Role We are seeking an experienced, self-motivated, and driven Store Manager to lead our iconic Wellington store. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the store's success by leveraging your proven people management skills and leadership experience. You will be responsible for delivering excellence in customer service, driving sales, coaching the team, and ensuring that we meet high operational standards and financial targets. As the Store Manager, you will foster a positive atmosphere that builds morale, loyalty, and pride among our staff. You will also actively promote the store through effective merchandising and community engagement, driving a culture that celebrates our achievements, our customers, and our team. Hours: This is a full-time position with a normal roster of 40 hours per week, primarily from Tuesday to Saturday. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Proven experience in leading and growing a business - Extensive sales leadership experience with a track record of exceeding store sales budgets and KPIs - An energetic, positive, and enthusiastic demeanor - Professional presentation, excellent communication skills, and an engaging personality - A strong enthusiasm for building morale, loyalty, and pride within the store Please note that applicants must be available to work weekends, late nights, or public holidays as required by the business.
