About the Role We are currently seeking a Plant Operator to join our wastewater crew, where you will work across 18 operational sites in the region. This role offers a dynamic and hands-on work experience, allowing you to engage in a variety of tasks such as pump servicing, pond testing, mechanical maintenance, irrigator repairs, and general site support. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy practical work and thrive on problem-solving. We are looking for someone who is ready to embrace the physical demands of the job while ensuring the smooth operation of our systems. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have experience in plumbing, farming, irrigation, construction, or similar hands-on trades. A good mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic are essential. We provide comprehensive training to help you develop your skills, including obtaining qualifications in confined space work, elevating work platforms (EWP), working at heights, drainage, and more. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to earn heavy trade licenses that can enhance your career prospects.
