Our Lichfield Street Branch in Christchurch is currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our customers. This is not just an ordinary customer-facing or administrative position; it requires enthusiasm and a commitment to providing outstanding support. You will be working in a close-knit team, where collaboration and a positive attitude are key to our success. Requirements To excel in this role, you should be a highly organized individual with the ability to multitask effectively. A background in cash handling and experience using a POS system is essential. Additionally, we are looking for candidates with face-to-face customer service experience and proficiency in office administration and data entry. All Customer Service Representatives must be able to participate in up to a week of paid induction and customer care training, which may take place away from your home location. You should also be available for 40 hours per week, including rostered weekend work.
