    About the Company At our organization, we pride ourselves on creating a welcoming environment for our guests, whether they are visiting for a casual café experience or attending a special event. Our café and event space is dedicated to delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences. We are now seeking a dedicated Venue Manager to join our team and contribute to our daily operations. About the Role As a Venue Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our café and event space. This position is ideal for individuals who have a passion for hospitality, enjoy maintaining order, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Your focus will be on providing a warm and efficient experience for every guest, whether during regular service or private functions. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for opening and closing the venue following daily checklists. You will ensure that the venue is clean, well-organized, and ready for guests at all times. Supporting front-of-house operations during café service and events will be a key part of your duties, as will assisting with the setup and breakdown of private bookings. Monitoring stock levels, including items such as napkins, condiments, and trays, and reporting supply needs will be part of your responsibilities. You will greet and assist customers with their inquiries, coordinate with the kitchen and events team regarding bookings, and flag any maintenance or safety concerns to management. Additionally, relaying customer feedback or team issues to senior leadership will be an important aspect of your role. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have 1 to 2 years of experience in hospitality or customer service. A strong attention to detail and effective time management skills are essential. You should be a confident communicator with an approachable demeanor, capable of following routines, procedures, and checklists. Reliability, flexibility, and a positive attitude are key attributes we seek. The role requires physical capability for light lifting and active movement throughout the venue. Experience in supporting events or private functions, as well as familiarity with Filipino food or hospitality culture, will be advantageous.
