    About the Company We are a leading financial services company located in the heart of Auckland's Central Business District. We are currently seeking a motivated Client Services Consultant to join our friendly team on a permanent basis. We value individuals who speak te reo Māori and have an appreciation for Māori values and tikanga. About the Role In this role, your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound calls from our clients. You can expect to manage a high volume of calls each day, along with responding to emails. Therefore, being confident on the phone and possessing strong communication skills is essential. We provide comprehensive training and support to help you excel in the position. The working hours for this role are Monday to Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, with the flexibility to work from home three days a week once you have completed your training. Requirements To be considered for this role, you should have: - A minimum of 2 years' experience in a call center or customer service environment - Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking is preferred but not essential - Strong phone communication skills and a positive attitude - A desire to learn and grow in your career - Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure - Reliability and a strong work ethic - Eligibility as a New Zealand citizen or permanent resident Benefits We offer a competitive salary along with insurance and other benefits.
