About the Company We are Onestaff, partnering with a reputable local client that specializes in supplying precast concrete units for various sectors including residential, light commercial, commercial, and civil construction across the South Island. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Precasters to join our client’s team on a long-term basis. About the Role As a Precaster, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process of precast concrete units. Your responsibilities will include working with molds and reinforcing steel, as well as constructing and dismantling formwork structures. We are looking for individuals who can read panel plans effectively, set up and pour concrete panels, and possess concrete finishing skills. To thrive in this role, it is essential to be a reliable and hardworking team player. Additionally, you must have your own reliable transport to commute to the work site. Requirements - Proven experience working with precast concrete, molds, and reinforcing steel - Ability to read and interpret panel plans - Skills in setting up and pouring concrete panels - Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques - A strong sense of reliability and teamwork - Access to your own reliable transportation Benefits Compensation will be based on your experience.
