If you are a skilled carpenter looking for your next opportunity, we would love to hear from you. In this role, you will perform a variety of carpentry tasks, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials. You will install and repair structures such as walls, floors, ceilings, and cabinetry, working with various materials including wood, drywall, and metal. It is essential that all work complies with safety standards and building codes. You will also collaborate with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Requirements To be successful in this position, you should have experience in the carpentry field and the ability to provide two references from previous employers. A comprehensive understanding of building standards is crucial, and having a solid range of hand and basic power tools is advantageous. If you are not based in Wanaka, that is not a problem. Our Queenstown office serves the areas of Queenstown, Cromwell, and Invercargill, and we have offices across the country. Once registered with one of our offices, you will have the flexibility to transfer to other locations with ease.
