About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced carpenters to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for a wide range of carpentry duties, which may include excavation, set-out, concrete work, carpentry, roofing, plasterboard fixing, precast panel work, and various aspects of residential carpentry. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse construction projects while being part of a collaborative and supportive team.
Requirements
To be considered for this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Proven experience as a carpenter
- Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials
- Excellent understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction
- Proficiency in using both electrical and manual tools
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- A strong commitment to health and safety practices
- Physical fitness to work outdoors at heights and the ability to lift up to 20 kg
- Successful completion of a carpentry apprenticeship program is preferred
- A valid driver's license is an advantage
