About the Role As an Operations Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back-of-house activities. Your responsibilities will include: - Adhering to operational process controls and safety requirements, with a strong focus on safe product handling, equipment usage, and incident reporting. - Collaborating effectively with team members to provide a positive experience for both in-store and online customers. - Contributing to the efficient management of back-of-house space, organization, stock flow, and product storage. - Managing order fulfillment processes, including delivery and click-and-collect services, while following established procedures for product picking, packing, and dispatch.
