About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Service Department, located in our Wellington branch. In this pivotal role, you will be the face of our after-sales operations and administration, ensuring that our customers receive the highest standard of service. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance and leadership to the Service Front of House team, managing service and repair bookings, and facilitating customer interactions at reception.
You will advise customers on their servicing needs and associated costs, respond to inquiries promptly, and keep customers informed throughout the entire process. As a role model for exceptional customer service, you will be instrumental in delivering a remarkable customer experience every day.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in a team management position, with experience in coaching and developing team members. While experience in the automotive industry is advantageous, it is not mandatory.
Key requirements include:
- A strong history of providing high levels of customer satisfaction, both personally and through your team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, paired with a professional phone manner
- Confidence in handling challenging customer concerns, achieving positive outcomes for both customers and the business
- A clean and current restricted or full driver's license
Please note that our operations run six days a week, and some weekend work will be required, specifically Saturday mornings.
