About the Role We are currently seeking an energetic and motivated Butcher to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Butchery Manager and will be responsible for delivering high-quality products and maintaining excellent presentation standards. We are looking for someone who can work effectively and efficiently while contributing to our team's success. The ideal candidate will possess a butchery trade qualification, experience in a retail butchery environment, and a strong commitment to customer service. You should be able to learn quickly, work independently, and communicate effectively with both team members and customers. A passion for delivering exceptional service and a strong work ethic are essential for this position. This is a full-time/part-time role that will include weekend shifts. Knife hand experience will also be considered. We value individuals who are eager to improve performance, achieve targets, and thrive in a demanding environment.
