About the Role We are currently seeking either an experienced Machine Operator/Lead Fencer or a candidate with transferable skills in building, landscaping, or machinery operation who is eager to learn and grow with our team. This position is available due to the departure of a valued team member who is heading overseas. The role offers a diverse range of responsibilities, including working across industrial, residential, civil, and school projects mainly located in Christchurch and throughout the South Island. You will engage in various tasks that involve machinery operation, delivery driving, and fencing work. Specifically, you will operate machinery to auger post holes, move goods, and support overall site operations. Wages for this position range from $28 to $35 per hour, depending on experience.
