About the Role We are currently looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a minimum commitment of 35 hours per week. In this role, you will play a key part in managing logistics operations and ensuring that our processes run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include receiving daily consignments and verifying them against our records, assisting with financial management by ensuring accurate invoicing and purchase orders, and managing project documentation to keep all records current. Additionally, you will support the team with various administrative functions, coordinate supplier invoices, and maintain financial records in alignment with company standards. We value collaboration, so you will also work closely with both internal teams and external partners to foster strong working relationships. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of six months of experience in administration, stock handling, or a similar field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively are essential. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are also required, along with proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
