About the Role We are seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to serve as the digital visionary driving our technology strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our platforms are secure, intuitive, and robust, thereby delivering outstanding digital experiences for our customers and operational efficiencies for our teams. As an essential member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will lead a capable IT function, oversee transformation projects, and collaborate across the business to future-proof our technology ecosystem. What You'll Be Responsible For - Building and leading a modern, secure, customer-first IT ecosystem - Driving digital transformation through purpose-built systems and smart integration - Leading cybersecurity and data protection initiatives with confidence and compliance - Championing high-performance project delivery across all digital initiatives - Developing strong internal partnerships and managing vendor relationships to deliver value - Empowering and mentoring a high-performing IT team - Acting as the nominated privacy officer for the business - Overseeing the physical security strategy and its integration with IT infrastructure What You Will Bring to the Role - 10 to 15 years of experience in IT, with at least 5 years in senior leadership roles (CIO, Head of Technology, etc.) - Deep knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems (ERP/CRM) - Proven success in leading transformation initiatives and driving operational excellence - Experience in the transport or logistics sector is a plus - Ability to lead with vision, make informed decisions, and communicate effectively at the Board level - Relevant qualifications and certifications, such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP The How, When, and Where If you possess the experience, skills, and knowledge outlined above, and you are ready for a new challenge in our fast-paced, performance-oriented international freight forwarding, transport, and logistics company, we encourage you to consider this opportunity.
