We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team in a Service Manager role.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to lead our service team and have a significant impact on the operations, performance, and growth of the service department. We are looking for a strong service leader with a solid understanding of truck or heavy vehicle service and workshop environments. You will take ownership of results and guide the service department by introducing structure, accountability, and momentum.

What You Will Be Doing
- Lead, develop, and drive the performance of the Service Department.
- Manage workshop operations to ensure productivity, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.
- Enhance the profitability of the service department through effective labor management, pricing strategies, and cost control measures.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and serve as an escalation point for key customer issues.
- Build strong relationships with fleet and key account customers.
- Monitor key performance indicators, job costing, turnaround times, and workflow efficiency.
- Oversee the service administration function to ensure accurate job management, invoicing, and warranty processes.
- Identify opportunities for service revenue growth and process improvements.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced service or workshop leader who takes pride in being accountable for outcomes and excels at motivating others to perform at their best. You will bring:
- Proven experience in a Service Manager, Workshop Manager, or a similar role.
- Background in truck, heavy vehicle, or automotive service environments.
- Strong leadership abilities and a solid understanding of workshop operations, labor efficiency, and job costing.
- Excellent customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.
Bonus points if you have:
- A trade background or a strong technical understanding of heavy vehicles.
- Experience working with fleet customers or in dealer/OEM service operations.
