About the Role
We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our health care team as a Health Care Assistant within the agency casual pool. In this role, you will support our nursing staff in delivering high-quality patient care while also undertaking various non-clinical duties to ensure the smooth operation of the unit.

About You
We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities:
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing needs and priorities
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Honesty, reliability, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Teamwork skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Willingness to accept direction and seek assistance when needed
- Ideally, experience in a healthcare setting or a related consumer-focused service, such as hospitality
- Experience with companion care is preferred
- A current full driver’s license
