About the Role We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and compassionate individual to join our Payroll and Rostering Team as a Rostering and Workforce Coordinator. If you enjoy solving puzzles, managing various moving parts, and ensuring that operations run smoothly, this role may be a great fit for you. In this position, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our services operate seamlessly. You will be responsible for coordinating rosters, managing leave, and supporting workforce planning throughout our organization. Collaborating closely with leaders and support staff, you will help guarantee that our partners receive consistent, person-centered support. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating and updating rosters across multiple services - Managing both planned and unplanned leave, including arranging proactive coverage - Liaising with team leaders to address staffing needs - Communicating with staff and leaders to resolve any rostering issues - Supporting the scheduling of permanent reliever team members Requirements We are looking for candidates who possess the following skills and attributes: - Excellent communication and relationship-building skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping - A confident and professional telephone manner, along with a strong customer service orientation - A proactive approach to problem-solving and forward planning - A friendly demeanor and a sense of humor, with a commitment to teamwork - Experience in rostering, scheduling, or administration is preferred Benefits As a member of our team, you will enjoy several benefits, including: - A WellYOU!
