Our goal is to foster long-term relationships with our team members. About the Role We are seeking enthusiastic and energetic Sales Representatives who are eager to take charge of their own success. In this role, you will have the autonomy to manage your own sales territory and nurture relationships with our existing customers while actively seeking out new business opportunities. You will benefit from a well-established customer base, comprehensive training at our National Training Academy, and ongoing development in sales techniques, product knowledge, and systems. Our company provides a fully maintained vehicle for both work and personal use, as well as an iPad and iPhone to support your efforts. The compensation package includes a base retainer with bonus and commission opportunities. About You We are looking for candidates who have a strong desire to build a successful, long-term career in sales. A passion for developing strong customer relationships and a willingness to learn are essential. You should possess great communication skills and have a genuine love for sales. Our sales approach focuses on building lasting customer relationships by regularly visiting our existing clients and introducing them to our high-quality products and systems, while also working to grow new business.
