About the Role

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis.
- Providing commercial advice and reporting directly to the CEO and Board.
- Managing financial operations, ensuring accurate reporting, compliance, and risk management.
- Overseeing commercial contracts and maintaining funding relationships.
- Driving cost-efficiency initiatives and performance benchmarking.
- Leading relationships with external IT partners and planning technology strategies.
- Managing capital planning and infrastructure investments.
- Mentoring and supporting the finance team to achieve excellence.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A CA qualification or equivalent.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in senior financial roles, preferably within the healthcare sector.
- A deep understanding of complex financial operations and compliance requirements.
- Experience in managing revenue cycles and fostering stakeholder partnerships.
- Proven strategic leadership capabilities and excellent communication skills.
