Senior Project Engineer/Project Manager

As we embark on an exciting new project, we are looking for a skilled Senior Project Engineer or Project Manager to join our team. About the Role We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in deep drainage, three waters, or foundation works. In this role, you will manage a technically challenging section of a complex civil infrastructure project that includes the construction of a deep coffer dam and pipe installation beneath a live road. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in delivering high-risk, high-complexity projects. Key Responsibilities You will oversee the construction of a 5-meter deep coffer dam and manage dewatering operations. Your supervisory role will include pipe ramming of 750mm steel pipes under live roads, as well as overseeing the installation and grouting of GRP pipes. In addition, you will coordinate with teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure project delivery is on time, within scope, and within budget. Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards is paramount. You will also track site progress and provide regular reports to the Project Manager, handle procurement and scheduling, and manage on-site logistics. Furthermore, you will resolve technical issues and provide engineering support as required. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or an equivalent qualification. A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in civil infrastructure projects is essential, with prior exposure to deep drainage, three waters infrastructure, or foundation construction preferred. Experience working with Tier 1 or large civil contractors is highly desirable. We are looking for candidates with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, as well as the ability to manage subcontractors and deliver on tight deadlines.
