We are currently seeking a Casual Café Assistant for our Avonhead Village who shares our passion for hospitality and people. The ideal candidate will have broad availability throughout the week, particularly from 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring the café operates smoothly. Your responsibilities will include: - Preparing, presenting, and serving food and drinks to a high standard - Providing exceptional barista services - Assisting with catering for village events and resident functions - Handling cash and reconciling daily takings You will collaborate closely with the Chef Manager, Café Supervisor, and the wider village team to create a welcoming and enjoyable café experience for our residents, their families, and visitors.
