About the Role We are currently seeking a customer-focused administrative professional to join our team on a part-time basis, working 32 hours per week with an immediate start. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to advance their career in marketing and administration within the real estate sector. In this role, you will support a team of residential real estate sales consultants by managing your own workflow and ensuring that deadlines are met. You will collaborate closely with salespeople to create marketing materials that effectively promote properties for sale. Additionally, your responsibilities will include social media management, event planning, and assisting the Manager with community engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities - Maintain and update social media profiles for the office and team members - Manage and maintain our database effectively - Ensure accuracy and upkeep of property listings Requirements To be successful in this position, we are looking for candidates who possess the following attributes: - Proactive and Creative: You should be able to anticipate needs and suggest innovative solutions. - Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is essential. Familiarity with design software such as Photoshop, Canva, or InDesign is a plus. Training will be provided for our specific software, Property Suite. - Exceptional People Skills: You should have strong interpersonal abilities and a professional demeanor. - Detail-Oriented: A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is crucial. - Team Player: We value sociable, positive individuals who can contribute to our vibrant team culture.
