About the Role We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team. Starting pay is $23.50 per hour, with opportunities for increased earnings based on certification and role. If you are Gold Star certified and working as a Cook, your hourly wage can rise to $24.74. In the role of Shift Supervisor, you can earn up to $29.63 per hour. We offer both full-time and part-time positions, allowing you to choose hours that fit your lifestyle. Additionally, we provide a complimentary meal for shifts longer than four hours. What You Will Be Doing As a Customer Champion, you will deliver excellent service to our customers by preparing and serving our delicious KFC meals. You will collaborate with your team to maintain a clean and welcoming store environment. If you join us as a Cook, your responsibilities will include preparing our secret recipe chicken, breading, and cooking it to perfection. You will also ensure that the kitchen remains clean and well-stocked with fresh chicken. As a Shift Supervisor, you will lead your team to ensure outstanding service throughout your shift. Requirements We are looking for individuals with a positive attitude who thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
