We pride ourselves on our skilled team and commitment to excellence in the meat processing industry. About the Role We are currently seeking multiple experienced butchers to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks that ensure our meat products are prepared and presented to the highest standards. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include selecting, cutting, trimming, and arranging meat for sale. You will also operate meat processing machines and manage the production process. Additionally, you will prepare meat by removing bones, trimming fat, and cutting or mincing to the appropriate shapes and sizes for display and sale. Requirements To be considered for this position, you should have at least three years of experience in the butchery industry. We are looking for team players with excellent communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude. Flexibility is essential, as the role requires working various shifts, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and public holidays. Candidates must have their own transportation, preferably with a full driver’s license. Additionally, you should possess New Zealand citizenship, residency, or a valid work visa. Benefits For the right candidate, we offer an attractive hourly rate ranging from $30 to $40 per hour, commensurate with your experience, along with guaranteed hours of at least 30 per week.
