About the Role We are excited to offer a part-time caregiver position at Rowena Jackson Retirement Village in Invercargill. This role entails working 20 hours a week over four days. As a caregiver, you will: - Foster meaningful relationships with our residents and their families. - Follow individual care plans to provide care that meets the highest standards, akin to what you would offer your own family members. - Utilize our innovative care technology, including our purpose-built care app, myRyman. - Collaborate closely with colleagues to create a vibrant team environment. While experience in aged care is beneficial, it is not a strict requirement.
