About the Role
We are seeking a Medical Imaging Technologist with a keen interest in Mammography for a permanent full-time position at Manukau Health Park, Auckland. The Breast Imaging Service at HNZ TWO offers an exciting opportunity to work across both our BreastScreen and diagnostic services, catering to a fascinating and diverse population.
Candidates should be aware that our service provides appointments to women outside of regular working hours, so some flexibility in your work schedule will be necessary. We welcome applications from both experienced Mammographers and qualified Medical Imaging Technologists who are interested in full or part-time roles. We are open to discussing working hours that suit your needs.
About You
We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic team player to join our specialized team of Mammographers. Successful candidates will have registration with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologist Board and preferably at least 12 months of experience as a Medical Imaging Technologist. If you do not currently hold a postgraduate mammography qualification, you should be willing to complete one. Requirements
- Registration with the New Zealand Medical Radiation Technologist Board
- Preferably 12 months of experience as a Medical Imaging Technologist
- Willingness to complete a postgraduate mammography qualification if not already held
