About the Role
We are excited to offer a full-time sales position in our Mt Roskill store, specifically within the Computers and Communication department. In this role, you will have the chance to embrace your competitive spirit, with a base wage and uncapped commission structure that allows you to potentially earn over $31 per hour.
Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer service while building lasting relationships with our customers to enhance their shopping experience. We will provide you with comprehensive training focused on our computer and communication products, ensuring you have the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in selling these items.
Key responsibilities include:
- Selling computer and communication products and services
- Utilizing our point of sale and customer service system
- Maintaining the presentation of the department
- Assisting with operational tasks, including stock takes
- Working across a 7-day roster, which includes weekends and public holidays
About You
We are seeking a motivated individual who is an effective communicator and eager to put in the effort to reap the rewards. With our uncapped commission structure, you have the opportunity to control your own earnings.
Some attributes we are looking for include:
- A quick learner with a genuine interest in the retail industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills
- Previous retail sales and POS system experience is desirable
- Availability to work on weekends and public holidays
