About the Role
We are currently seeking enthusiastic Shift Managers to join our team. In this full-time position, you will work closely with the Store Manager and Area Manager to oversee daily store operations. Your responsibilities will include managing a dynamic team, delivering outstanding customer service, and ensuring smooth operational processes. You can expect to work over 35 hours per week in this role.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and attributes:

- Prior experience in a leadership role, as you will be overseeing a team of 10 to 15 staff members.
