About the Role We are looking for a reliable and experienced Skilled Labourer to join our night shift team. This position is ideal for individuals with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities In this role, you will assist qualified tradespeople with basic construction tasks. You will operate hand and power tools safely, so it is essential that you have your own hand drill. You will work under the direction of site supervisors and contribute to smooth night-time site operations. Maintaining clean, organized, and hazard-free work areas is vital, as is following all health and safety protocols on-site. Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must have previous laboring or construction experience. You must possess your own tools, with a hand drill being essential. A current Site Safe certification is required, along with being physically fit and capable of manual handling. A valid driver’s license and reliable transport to and from the site are also necessary.
