About the Role We are currently seeking a Project Health and Safety Coordinator to join our Capital Projects team at the Meadow Fresh dairy manufacturing site. This role is essential for facilitating the successful delivery of various capital projects that are currently in progress. The projects include the integration and commissioning of a new membrane plant, the installation of three new milk storage silos, and additional capital expenditure investments. Your responsibilities will encompass the following: - Issuing and auditing permits, including managing and coordinating contractors - Identifying hazards and preparing/reviewing Job Safety and Environmental Analysis (JSEA) and Site Safety and Security Plans (SSSP) - Conducting site inspections, safety walks, and toolbox talks - Implementing health and safety policies and best practices in construction methodology About You To excel in this role, you will need a solid background in health and safety, along with the ability to effectively observe and apply relevant laws and regulations within an engineering or construction context.
