Our roles are diverse and include opportunities in construction, devanning, pick packing, general site clean-ups, testing, road maintenance, and production or factory work. While previous labouring experience is preferred, it is not essential. We strive to match individuals with the positions that best suit their skills and abilities. Some roles may require CL1 to CL5 licenses and WTR endorsements, along with relevant experience. Requirements To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualities: - Physical Fitness: Be prepared for hands-on, active work, which may involve heavy lifting. - Reliability and Positivity: We are looking for team players who are committed to giving their best effort every day. - Commitment to Safety: You must prioritize safety for yourself and your colleagues on the job. - Clear Background: You should be able to pass drug tests and have a clean criminal record. - Work Readiness: Candidates must hold New Zealand residency or a valid work visa; please note that we cannot consider overseas applicants.
