About the Role We are currently seeking individuals who are already engaged in traffic control roles with traffic management companies. This position offers a unique opportunity to break down barriers and become a member of an inclusive team where both the maintenance crew and traffic management personnel collaborate seamlessly. If you are a strong performer with aspirations to advance in Traffic Management, we are ready to invest in your training. High achievers will have the chance to explore other areas within the road maintenance crew, gaining valuable knowledge while serving as a Site Traffic Management Supervisor (STMS). We are looking for candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, enthusiasm, teamwork, and a commitment to safety.
