You will need a strong commitment to safety, security, and ethical conduct, as well as excellent communication and customer service skills. The ability to work on an on-call roster is required, and you should be computer literate and capable of managing documentation. While certifications such as Site Safe, Working at Heights, and EWP are beneficial, we are willing to provide training if needed.
