About the Role
We are currently seeking exceptional Caregivers to join our team at the Karaka village. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in delivering the best of life to our residents. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily activities, such as showering and meal delivery. This role requires resilience, kindness, and patience, as well as a good level of fitness to provide the highest standard of personal care.
You will be working 80 hours per fortnight on a rostered and rotating shift pattern, which includes mornings, afternoons, and weekends.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in aged care, along with a Level 4 Health and Wellbeing certificate
- Genuine compassion for individuals from diverse backgrounds
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to manage time effectively to complete all tasks
- Flexibility to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends
