About the Role As a part of our team, you will work collaboratively to deliver exceptional service to our customers while meeting all sales key performance indicators (KPIs). While experience in the jewellery industry is a plus, we welcome candidates from various backgrounds and provide comprehensive training in product knowledge and essential skills to ensure your success in this role. We have part-time positions available, with shifts including: - Friday Night and Sunday Day: 12 hours per week - Thursday Night and Saturday Day: 13 hours per week In this role, you will be expected to: - Communicate effectively and embody the company's values and culture - Achieve personal sales targets by ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and contributing to overall store goals - Support your team and demonstrate a positive, "can-do" attitude - Maintain a focus on attention to detail, diligence, and maximizing efficiency About You We are looking for someone who is confident and enthusiastic, truly a people person. You should be professionally presented and articulate, with a good understanding of how to handle customer complaints and inquiries. Your enthusiasm for fostering morale, loyalty, and pride within the store will be essential. Additionally, you will actively promote the store through effective in-store merchandising, displays, and other initiatives.
