About the Role
We are currently seeking a full-time Plumbing Retail Assistant who has retail experience and an interest or background in plumbing and bathroom products. In this role, you will work closely with our team to provide top-notch service to our customers and assist them in finding the products they need.
We are looking for individuals who possess the following qualities:
- Enthusiasm and a strong team spirit
- A passion for delivering excellent customer service
- Good time management skills
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Strong communication skills
While previous experience in retail or bathroom products is advantageous, we also welcome applicants with a solid retail background who are eager to learn.
This position reports to the Plumbing-Bathroom Head of Department and requires working on a roster from Tuesday to Saturday.
Requirements

- Retail experience or relevant knowledge in plumbing and bathroom products
- A positive attitude and a willingness to engage with customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication abilities
