About the Role We are looking for experienced project managers in the healthcare sector with a strong background in improvement methodologies. In this permanent, full-time role, you will play a crucial part in supporting programs and projects aimed at delivering health targets in the Te Tai Tokerau district. Your responsibilities will include addressing challenges in healthcare delivery, identifying root causes of issues, and implementing improvement projects. You will utilize program management methodologies to ensure our initiatives are structured, thorough, and effectively executed. Primary functions of the role include: - Utilizing program management methodologies and frameworks to ensure successful delivery of programs and projects. - Identifying root causes of issues and directing improvements to maximize impact. - Developing robust implementation strategies and plans for identified changes. - Collaborating closely with clinical and administrative teams to manage change effectively, minimizing disruption to clinical activities. About You Our ideal candidate will possess: - Project management qualifications. - Extensive project management experience, particularly with improvement projects. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare. - Strong presentation skills. - Proficiency in preparing reports, slide decks, and decision papers.
