About the Role We are currently seeking a Breakfast Attendant who is smart, considerate, and passionate about delivering a unique food and beverage experience. In this role, you will be a fast-thinking, customer-focused problem solver who takes pride in creating memorable customer experiences. What You'll Do As a Breakfast Attendant, your responsibilities will include supporting the services across our various outlets during breakfast hours. This will involve ensuring that our buffets are consistently replenished and presented to high standards. You will also acknowledge our regular and loyalty members, making yourself familiar with their benefits. In addition, you will prepare hot beverages such as teas and coffees and take food and beverage orders for our guests. Most importantly, you will enjoy delivering unique service that complements our overall service style. What You'll Bring We are looking for candidates who ideally have previous experience in food and beverage service. While barista experience is preferred, it is not a requirement. A keen eye for detail is essential, as our processes are crucial in delivering a consistent guest experience. You should also have a passion for food presentation, as you will be responsible for preparing and operating the restaurant/bar for our daily breakfast service, as well as for conference and events and evening drinks and dinner service. We value professionalism and a personable demeanor, along with a proactive attitude. The ability to make calm and collected decisions under pressure is important.
