About the Role Chubb is looking for a visionary Country President to lead our General Insurance business in New Zealand, which includes Property & Casualty (P&C), Accident & Health (A&H), Personal Lines, and Claims. In this role, you will be at the forefront of innovation, driving business growth and inspiring high-performing teams. Your Opportunity In this position, you will shape and execute strategic plans aimed at accelerating profitable growth across New Zealand. You will take ownership of performance analysis, drive impactful corrective actions, and deliver strong P&L results. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the marketing and management of both local and multinational portfolios, positioning Chubb as the partner of choice. You will build, lead, and empower high-performing teams while championing diversity, equity, and inclusion at every level. Cultivating and strengthening relationships with key accounts, brokers, and senior executives will be crucial to unlocking new opportunities. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should have 10 to 15 years of senior management experience in insurance or general management.
