About the Role We are seeking a qualified clinical pharmacist for a permanent position, available on either a full-time or part-time basis (up to 40 hours per week). This role is ideal for a pharmacist with a minimum of three years of clinical hospital experience. As a clinical pharmacist, you will engage in both ward-based activities and dispensary services, supported by a team of dedicated pharmacists and pharmacy technicians. Your responsibilities will include participating in ward rounds, conducting medicines reconciliation, providing discharge counseling, and promoting the safe and effective use of medications. You will have the opportunity to work in various clinical areas, including medical, surgical, cardiology, and pediatrics, among others. Our goal is for you to deliver high-quality clinical pharmacy services that focus on enhancing patient outcomes and ensuring optimal medication utilization. About You We are looking for a qualified pharmacist with at least three years of hospital experience. Candidates should hold a valid New Zealand Annual Practicing Certificate (APC) in good standing.
