We are currently seeking a seasoned real estate dealmaker to lead our acquisitions function. If you excel at identifying opportunities, negotiating complex deals, and building strong networks while managing and inspiring a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
About the Role
As the Acquisitions Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of Wolfbrook. This position is designed for a true player-coach, balancing the responsibilities of dealmaker and leader. You will manage a team of up to 10 acquisition specialists while also overseeing your own pipeline and closing significant deals. Your leadership will set the standard for high performance within the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating land and property acquisitions on a national scale.
- Leading, coaching, and motivating a team of acquisition specialists.
- Driving deal strategy, approvals, and execution in collaboration with senior leadership.
- Building strong networks with landowners, agents, developers, and commercial stakeholders.
- Managing deal flow, maintaining pipeline visibility, and providing reporting to leadership.
- Acting as the closer on key negotiations to successfully finalize deals.
