We are dedicated to fostering an inclusive culture and welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. About the Role We are seeking an experienced Cellar Hand to join our team at Selaks Winery. In this full-time position, you will report to the Production Leader and play a key role in the cellar, where we craft our award-winning wines. Your responsibilities will include adhering to safety procedures, overseeing harvest operations such as supervising, crushing, and pressing, as well as assisting with cellar operations including blending, fining, clarification, preparation, and dispatch. Requirements To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - A minimum of 3 years of experience working in a winery and participating in harvest activities. - A reasonable level of fitness, as the harvest period requires 12-hour shifts, six days per week. - A current driver’s license; forklift certification is preferred. - A practical approach to problem-solving and a positive, can-do attitude.
