About the Role We are currently seeking Casual Pick Pack Team Members to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for picking orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS), with full training provided. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate closely with your Team Leader, Wave Assistant, and fellow team members to ensure the 100% completion of customer orders. Your responsibilities will include picking grocery, liquor, chilled, frozen, and butchery items. We are committed to creating outstanding customer experiences by following established processes and maintaining high standards. Requirements We are looking for individuals who possess effective communication and problem-solving skills. Reliability, honesty, and the ability to work well in a team are essential qualities. Previous experience in a retail or wholesale environment, particularly in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) setting, is preferred. You should be a proactive doer, capable of efficiently delivering high volumes of quality work while remaining flexible to respond to changing requests. Physical fitness is important, as the role involves heavy lifting of items up to 20 kg. We also appreciate a willingness to work additional hours when required, supported by strong attendance references. A fork hoist and reach license is preferred, and candidates must be eligible to work in New Zealand.
