Description
About the Company
At Ryman Healthcare, we believe that a fulfilling life becomes increasingly richer with age. We are a leading provider of retirement living and aged care, dedicated to enhancing freedom, connection, and well-being for our residents as they grow older. With 49 villages across New Zealand and Australia and a dedicated team of approximately 7,800 employees, we take pride in our commitment to quality. We are also honored to be the first healthcare organization to receive the Wellbeing Tick. Our guiding principle is simple: everything we do must be 'Good enough for mum and dad.'
About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team in a supportive administrative capacity. Key responsibilities for this role include managing the Situation Vacant and Recruitment inboxes, responding to general inquiries, posting job advertisements, and providing assistance with our recruitment system. You will also conduct quality checks on pre-employment documentation for non-leadership roles, and support various recruitment projects, social media content, and our "Refer a Friend" program.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have some experience in administration, possibly in a reception or support role, and be ready to take the next step in your career. We are looking for someone who is willing to take initiative, ask questions, and find solutions. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple tasks with a positive attitude. We value energy, curiosity, and a sense of fun, along with resilience and adaptability. A commitment to delivering results and fostering strong, positive, and trusting teams is essential.
At Ryman, we are proud to create an inclusive environment where everyone feels welcome to be themselves. We embrace diversity and celebrate individuality, encouraging anyone interested in joining our team to apply for our open positions.
Benefits
If you are drawn to an organization with a clear purpose and a commitment to innovation, kindness, and excellence, we would love to hear from you. Our team members enjoy ongoing support for professional development and career progression opportunities, along with additional wellbeing leave and flexible working arrangements. We offer access to over 60 discounts with well-known brands across various sectors, including health and wellbeing, banking, insurance, and retail.
You can also participate in social club events, enjoy "Furry Fridays" (where you can bring your dog to work), and take advantage of free yoga classes and a complimentary gym membership for our onsite gym. Additionally, our Ryman-owned onsite café, Pioneers Café, offers affordable pricing for our team members.
